With a proven track record of crafting customer-centric visions and strategies, she has driven growth and profitability for multiple global brands including Weber Grills, Electrolux, and DeLonghi. Her expertise spans across multiple disciplines from launching eCommerce websites, activating LTV programs, leading Consumer Care teams, optimizing the digital shelf, and managing the P&L for her businesses. This depth of experience empowers HER-ON to offer insights, solutions and partner recommendations for your business priorities.

With a nose for innovation and paws-on leadership, Fergus ensures that every workday is infused with tail wags and playful energy. When he's not busy offering moral support (and the occasional bark of approval), Fergus can be found supervising snack breaks and enforcing mandatory outdoor walks. An advocate for work-life balance, Fergus reminds us all that sometimes the best ideas come during a good game of fetch.
